〈美國觀察〉川普再施壓 CIA宣佈美國暫停與烏克蘭共享情報

今天早上由美國中央情報局CIA局長John Ratcliffe 宣佈: President Trump 川普下令美國暫停Pause和烏克蘭共享「情報」（ Intelligence)，而基輔政府是靠美國的情報才有能力和俄羅斯作戰。

華爾街日報Wall Street Journal今天早上美國東岸時間09:13 ，Brett Forrest 這樣報導（By Brett Forrest Mar 05, 2025 09:13 a.m. ET）：

President Trump has ordered a pause to intelligence sharing with Ukraine, said Central Intelligence Agency Director John Ratcliffe, a move that deprives Kyiv of a key tool in fighting Russian forces.

為什麼美國和烏克蘭的關係，會發展到這個地步？這麽嚴重？ 因為昨天晚上9 點開始的President Trump對美國參衆兩院的演講中，特別提到Zelensky 有公開宣布，絕對聽從美國總統President Trump 強大的領導，並且表示對上星期五2/28 中午在白宮的事件，表示「後悔」Regrettable ( 按： 台灣媒體跟隨中共全部譯成「表示遺憾」， 這是歪曲英文原意。太離譜了，表示遺憾並不是道歉。）

President Trump 和Zelensky 於2/ 28 星期五中午在白宮的衝突事件之後，President Trump 川普隔天就宣布對烏克蘭的軍援全部暫停 PAUSE 。

今天的停止美國情報供應烏克蘭的宣佈，表示Zelensky 在X 的Post ， 絕對有問題， 首先請先看原文：

I would like to reiterate Ukraine’s commitment to peace.

None of us wants an endless war. Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible to bring lasting peace closer. Nobody wants peace more than Ukrainians. My team and I stand ready to work under President Trump’s strong leadership to get a peace that lasts.

We are ready to work fast to end the war, and the first stages could be the release of prisoners and truce in the sky — ban on missiles, long-ranged drones, bombs on energy and other civilian infrastructure — and truce in the sea immediately, if Russia will do the same. Then we want to move very fast through all next stages and to work with the US to agree a strong final deal.

We do really value how much America has done to help Ukraine maintain its sovereignty and independence. And we remember the moment when things changed when President Trump provided Ukraine with Javelins. We are grateful for this.

Our meeting in Washington, at the White House on Friday, did not go the way it was supposed to be. It is regrettable that it happened this way. It is time to make things right. We would like future cooperation and communication to be constructive.

Regarding the agreement on minerals and security, Ukraine is ready to sign it in any time and in any convenient format. We see this agreement as a step toward greater security and solid security guarantees, and I truly hope it will work effectively.

Zelensky 寫的真的有問題，因為內容會增加和俄羅斯談和（ Peace Agreement)的困難，而且川普團隊， 已經說得非常白： 就是談判有些話是不能先把條件講死。

第一、
先看最後一段這三個字： Solid Security Guarantee ， 這是最大的問題，美國團隊對Zelensky 的個性，已經受夠了。在星期五白宮228 事件中，Zelensky 不認為經濟合作，是安全保證。 美國認為經濟綁在一起，共同開發稀土，就是安全保証。 這個Z 又回到原點。 Z 到底在想什麼？

第二、
最後一段的前一段這一句：It is time to make things right. （是做對的事情的時候了。） 就英文語意而言，是對美國教訓的口氣，是老大的口氣。
這段最後一句， We would like future cooperation and communication to be constructive. 這句更糟， 我們期待未來的合作和溝通是建設性的。
Z 在教訓誰？

第三、
後面算起第四段，Z 在下指導棋、提條件。 俄羅斯要先答應怎麼做，烏克蘭才會跟著做，並且提出細節條件。 然後烏克蘭的要求是什麼。
這些話， 不應該在X 上發表。Zelensky 完全違背川普的「談判不先亮牌」的原則。

結論

Zelensky 寫了六段， 其實他應該去掉前面筆者所提的那三段。只剩下這三段就夠了:

兩星期前， 美國國務卿Rubio 已經和俄羅斯接觸，俄羅斯表示願意談判，因為有President Trump川普在。

以Z 的英文程度，這個Post 不是他自己寫的，幫他寫的人，到底在幹什麼？ 當然這是Zelensky 的指示吧。

美國國家安全顧問 Michael Waltz( National Security Advisor ) 今天Ash Wednesday (聖灰日)下午， 在教堂外接受Fox News 記者採訪時表示，烏克蘭必須馬上簽約，因為美國已經開始和俄羅斯談判。

今天晚上9 點40分，Rubio 接受Hannity 訪問時說， Zelensky 要真正相信川普，和談才能繼續下去，後面尚有太多的事情要談，經濟簽約，只是初步而已。

三年前， 鳥克蘭求Elon Musk 幫忙，因為通訊全部被俄羅斯毀掉，烏克蘭靠Elon Musk 的StarLink 星鏈而撐到現在。 Elon Musk 和President Trump ，馬斯克是聽川普的指令的。 不知道Zelensky 有沒有想到這個關鍵？
